Should I register as Talent or as Casting?

Create a Talent profile if you are looking for auditions or jobs. Create a Casting profile if you are looking for talent or for staff. See types of talent at enyimedia.com/howitworks

While signing up, why didn't I receive the verification link by email?

Check your spam or junk folder. In some cases, an email from EnyiCast may appear in your spam folder, especially if it's the first email message you receive from us.
Wait 15 to 30 minutes and check your email again. Sometimes network issues delay the emailed verification link.
After an hour with no emailed verification link from us, go back to the EnyiCast app and select RESEND VERIFICATION LINK. Check your email and spam folders again. Re-check again after 15 to 30 minutes.
Double check to see if you entered your email address correctly with no spaces in the address or typos..
Make sure your email address is functioning and receiving messages. Ask anyone to send you a test email to ensure your email is working.
If none of the above solves the problem, LOGOUT of the app and try signing up with a different email addres, like your secondary email address.

Why am I not getting notifications of DMs or job postings in the app?

Go into settings and select "notifications". Turn on notifications for messages, postings that match your profile and any other notifications that you would like to have active on your device.

While creating my talent profile, what do I enter for my height?

In the text box labeled "feet", enter how many feet tall you are. In the text box labeled "inches', enter the inches; for example, if you are five feet seven inches, enter 5 in the box for feet and 7 in the box for inches.

If you only know your height in centimeters, please use an online converter to convert your height in centimeters into feet and inches, then enter your height as feet and inches into EnyiCast.

Why can't I upload a DP to create my profile?

When uploading a DP for my profile, I got an error message, "User did not allow reading external storage?" When I reach the CREATE button, its not clickable.

Please go to the app info (by pressing and holding the app icon), select permissions, select storage and for storage access, select ALLOW. This should now allow the EnyiCast app to access your photos on your phone and upload a photo for your DP.

If storage access doesn't work, please update your version of EnyiCast by going to your app store and selecting "Update" for EnyiCast or by deleting the EnyiCast app from your phone and downloading the latest version.

Try updating your phone as well so that it functions well with the updated version of EnyiCast,

After updating the EnyiCast app and updating your phone, try again to upload a photo for your DP when creating your profile.

The commission payment for my referral failed. What do I do?

A failed commission payment for a referral subscription is sent together with the next commission payment. In the event that the failed payment is not sent together with your next commission payment, contact customer care at enyimediainfo@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +2349075850007.

How do I use a promo code?

You must go into your app settings, select "subscribe" or "renew subscription", enter the promo code, select "Add" and select "Proceed".

Why am I getting an Invalid Promo Code message for my correctly typed promo code?

Double check to be sure there is no blank space before or after the promo code entered.

TALENT FAQs

How do I know I will book auditions and jobs after I subscribe?

You will be cast and book jobs if you are consistent. Many have already been hired via EnyiCast since launching. 20-40 jobs are posted daily, some days more. Turn on the notifications in your settings so you’re alerted as new jobs are posted. Follow instructions in casting briefs.

Apply often. Use recent, good photos and videos. Be professional. BE CONSISTENT.

Does EnyiCast have partnerships with producers?

Yes. Since its recent launch, EnyiCast has formed partnerships with several producers in Lagos and Abuja so far. These producers will be casting their projects via EnyiCast, exclusively using EnyiCast actors and crew. We are constantly building relationships with more producers to increase the odds of actors on this app being considered first for many films.

Will there be jobs in my area?

Yes. Most auditions and jobs posted currently are in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Asaba, Abuja, Benin, Enugu, Anambra, Ibadan, Owerri, Kaduna and Nasarawa. If you are not based in one of these busier production hubs, there will be occasional jobs in your area on the app. EnyiCast is spreading.

Why am I not seeing many job postings listed in my location?

This may occur if you are based in a state with few productions compared to the production hub states such as Lagos, Delta, Abuja, Enugu, Port Harcourt Kaduna.

If you live near any one of these production hubs and you are able travel for an audition or a job, select a nearby production states as your secondary and/or third locations on your profile. When you now check postings, you will see postings from these states as well as those in your where you are based.

I don't live in a busy production state. How do I view only the jobs in my state or area?

There is a search tool above the job posts. Select the search tool and select the state or location you would like to see jobs listed in. Enter this search and only jobs in the location you selected will be displayed.

Is my profile still visible by casting people and employers when my subscription expires?

No. Casting people and employers only see the profiles of active subscriptions when searching for talent or staff in the app.

Choose between a one month, a six months or a one year subscription, depending on how often you will be attending auditions or searching for a job.

What if my subscription is active but I don't want my profile to be seen?

If you are taking a break from acting or filmmaking or landed a long term job and don't want to be contacted while your subscription is active, you may de-activate your account.

To de-activate your account, go to settings and select "Delete Account". When asked if you are sure, select "Yes". You will be given the option to de-activate instead. Select "De-Activate".

How do I view only jobs in my area?

Use the search tool on the job posts page to select your location. Only the jobs in your location will be displayed.

ENYICAST AFFILIATE TALENT SCOUTS FAQs

Who can become an affiliate?

Anyone who is signed up on the EnyiCast app can become an affiliate, whether you created a Casting profile or a Talent profile.

Every EnyiCast user has a unique affiliate link (listed in the app settings) and can earn commissions by sharing their link.

Will I still be paid commissions if my own subscription expires?

Yes. When any user that signed up via your affiliate link renews their subscription, whether or not your subscription is active, you will be paid the commission.

What happens if the transfer of a commission payment to me fails?

The commission amount that failed to transfer is automatically saved in the app and sent together with the next commission payment you will receive.
