Enyi Media Company was founded by Linda Obasi in 2005 in The Bronx, New York.  Enyi began producing film, television and documentary projects and became incorporated in Nigeria in 2019. Enyi’s first full length feature film, Overseas, starring Patience Ozokwor and Nonso Diobi was shot on location in Abuja, Lagos and New York and released on Amazon Prime in 2015. Overseas was the main selection screened at the 2015 African Cinema Day Festival, hosted by the African Advisory Counsel of the Bronx Borough President of New York. 

Enyi's wellness docuseries Overseas is currently in post-production. EnyiCast, relaunched by Enyi Media in 2022 is Nigeria's first and leading casting and production staffing app, now active in 104 countries.
